I'm Back!!!!

I am back!!! I'm very happy to be back home and sleeping in my own bed! I had quite a time in Northern california with my Mom and nephew. Definately not a vacation, seeing as I played the role of nurse and mommy. I did have a few good times though. My good friend Ilana came up with my other good friend. Then my old friend Jose met up with us and we went to Napa Valley for the day and went wine tasting. Needless to say, Ilana and I only went tasting at two places before we got drunk and silly. Then we at lunch in this nice resturant. I remember that they had great photograghs in the bathroom. Don't ask me while I enjoyed them so much! After that, the guys took turns driving home while we acted goofy in the car. It was definately one to remember.

Work is the usual bore and i'm grateful to be probably getting an interview for a banking position. Hopefully I will start up my violin/viola studio again when I move into a more spacious apartment. So it appears that I will be more finacially stable. Then I will be able to think about school again, maybe afford a car payment and travel a little.

Tonight I made a great meal... Chicken and shrimp scampi, artichokes, and some pasta....topped off with strawberry shortcake. Now I can't eat for another month!

My big 24 is this weekend and I hope to celebrate it in style once again. Don't know specifics yet.

It's good to be back....home is definately where the heart is!
