going away

I'm off to northern CA tomorrow morning. I'm so glad to be getting away. Something different. Tonight I am going out with my ladies. Looking spiffy and paint'n the town. So, I'm sitting here at my friend Lans house typing as she gets ready. So she got this new alarm for her keys b/c she can never find them! You are suppose to just clap your hands and it will ring. But this goddamn thing hates my voice. I can't hardly talk and it starts to beep....IT DRIVES ME INSANE! I don't think she will notice it miss....hehe

I've been in the singing mood all day.....I should be in the viola mood though because I get to have a lesson with my old teacher!!!!!! My brother also wants to hang out....I might get to see his place too! I'm so glad things are getting better between us. I wasn't talking to him for a while....like 6 months. And I get to see that adorable 16month old nephew of mine!!! Man, he sure knows his aunt Jennifer! When I call on the phone, my Mom tells him that it is Aunt Jennifer and he goes and points at my picture. It is absolutely adorable. Except, last time I was home, I would say "look at ur aunt Jennifer" and he would point to the picture on the wall and I had to explain that I WAS Aunt Jennifer. Awwww.....soooooo cute! Hopefully the little guy won't steal any more of my purses! I still have to claim the new one i got for Christmas because he hid it from me! Silly little guy is a lot like his auntie.....likes purses and shoes......i won't worry just yet!
