I sit here, after watching a horrible concert, thinking about how bad people can sing. There were two choirs singing tonight and the womens choir was god aweful. There was no dynamic range at all, and they sang like 10yr old school girls. We are adults now ladies, we don't want to sing like Britney Spears now do we? Fuck...it sounded really bad! Like they had only gone through the parts a couple of times. Shit, I could have sang with more dynamic range than the entire choir! It was sad. As for the university chorus, they were ok except for the yelling. Their dynamic range was really good for having quite a few non majors in there. The only thing that I saw wrong with it was the yelling...when it got loud, they would yell the part out instead of singing it.

So after the concert I stuffed my face with a delicious salad and shrimp...oh, and a few martinis. That is why im feeling mighty darn good at the moment. I'm sure I will sleep like a baby. I suppose I will be off....off into dreamland. Wish me good dreams. ;)
