wanna good laugh, read a cheesy romance novel
The other night I decided to open a Danielle Steel novel....oh man, what a bad idea. My grandmother, bless her heart, sent me a ton of books. A few of them were Danielle Steel novels, so I thought, what the hay, I might as well open one up. So, now I realize why I read these when I was like 13. They are absolutely dreadful. It's like a soap opera, I turn 10 pages without reading it and I wouldn't miss a thing. Not only that, I could write better shit than that. But, needless to say, I was entertained, mostly by how badly it was written. Lately I've been getting into suspense and mystery stuff. Fuck the romance novels. But I'm still a fan of chick flicks. I don't think that will ever change. I'm actually hungry for a good adventure novel....any ideas? Definately no Sci Fi please....
I didn't run too far today. I went by myself after work. I knew no one would want to run tonight, so I decided to get on it. But I didn't have too much time to run because it started to get dark. So, i have this problem when I run. The first mile is the hardest for me. Probably because I haven't been moving and things are fresh. Once I get past that dreadful 1st mile, I'm fine and can usually run at a much better pace. Hmmmm, maybe I'm not stretching enough or not warming up to it.
Yesturday I met some really cool people. They are friends of my bestfriend. I couldn't believe how much fun we all had together. I laughed hard and really had a wonderful day. And not to mention that waiter that she hit on. It was all very entertaining. I've never met such incredibly nice people.
Yada, yada, yada....I should get my stinky, sweaty ass in the shower.
